Internally displaced by the 2010 earthquake: Distribution of mosquito nets and awareness of vector-borne diseases at the Camp Tabarre ISA
Port-au-Prince Haiti, about 2,900 people displaced by the 2010 earthquake live in Camp Tabarre ISA. IOM's Health, Protection, Return and CMO (Camp Management Operations) teams distributed mosquito nets to 20 families and sensitized them on the use of the mosquito nets and on how to effectively protect themselves from vector-borne diseases.
